Week 1 Done And Gone!
I am finished with week one of INSANITY and i have been eating better and not drinking plus i am seeing results already, i need to do todays workout still but i am planning on do0ing that around 3 before i get ready for work. ill update when ive done it, also when i weighed myself this morning i was at 219.4!

Days 3 And 4 In The Bag!
OK i may not of posted yesterday but i did do the workout and stick to my diet, i started day 3 off at 223lbs and today i was at 222.2 pounds so lets hope this trend keeps up. For the most part i feel like i have more energy im not sure if its because im eating better and working out or because ive just been getting a decent amount of sleep the last few days but either way ive been feeling pretty good lol.
After the workout on day 3 i burned about 600 calories and today was cardio recover and ab ripper day both virtually no cardio but still burned about 400 calories and got a good burn in the stomach region lol.
I think i have a long shift at work on friday so i will do my workout afterward and post about it eventually :P

day 2 is done!
I woke up this morning weighing in at 225 lbs. i stuck to eating decent foods and no alcohol and i just finished Plyo Cardio Circuit AND Ab Ripper X for a loss of about 780 calories. Ab Ripper is definitely not as easy as it used to be but i cant wait until i can kick its butt again!

The Final Day #1!
Well i am about to do the fit test again, i am not expecting good numbers though because i am still very sore from going to jumpstreet on friday but i will do my best! Ill post the numbers here after my workout and a shower but for the rest of the 60 days i will be comparing my results to my original fit test scores i had from about a month ago since i wasnt so sore when i did those!

And just to make this post longer ill put the results here too!
Switch Kicks - 127(94)
Power Jacks - 55(52)
Power Knees - 96(80)
Power Jumps - 37(25)
Globe Jumps - 7(6)
Suicide Jumps - 20(17)
Push Up Jacks - 17(24)
Low Plank Oblique - 30(31)
I did much better than i expected for being so sore the numbers in bold were todays results and the numbers in the parenthesis are from (last month), i beat all but two scores and if i would of known those were my previous scores im sure i would of tried harder to beat them! all i had in front of me were my roommates last results so i was trying to beat all his scores and did so by quite a bit on my of the exercises. And for the record this morning when i got up i weighed 226.8 and right before i took my shower after my workout i was at 224 even. so lets see how fast i can get back down to 205 and see those abs again!

All or Nothing?
alright im going to restart again now that there shouldn't be anymore celebrations coming up to distract me anymore. Also i have another friend who is doing the workout and loves it so i think having him doing it will be good motivation for me. Anyway i will be starting again on monday the 24th and i will be adding the p90x ab ripper program to the mix about 3x a week and probably doing it instead of the insanity ab workout.

Day #9...ish
Last week was crazy i had friends leaving town and it was finals week so lots of friends were celebratingt hings and who can forget the imfamous ASU Undie Run. Anyway i didnt do much of anything in the way of working out last week so this week im calling week two, i ate a ton of protein today sort of unintentionally but whatever, i also just go done with the Pure Cardio workout and burned around 600 calories. I didnt weigh myself today or track calorie intake ill try to get back on top of that tomorrow!
