day 2 is done!

I woke up this morning weighing in at 225 lbs.  i stuck to eating decent foods and no alcohol and i just finished Plyo Cardio Circuit AND Ab Ripper X for a loss of about 780 calories.  Ab Ripper is definitely not as easy as it used to be but i cant wait until i can kick its butt again!
