Day 4
I just finished Cardio Recovery and burned 289 calories, its a pretty chill workout day but it is not necessarily easy, there are some pretty tough balance exercises but i would say its definitely the easiest day of the 2 months! this morning when i weighed myself i was at 125 which is a step in the wrong direction but 1 pound is nothing to get worked up about that could easily be water weight so whatever im only keeping track of weight right now for reference i dont expect to see much improvement on that until a week or two in. ill tell you how my progress is going next time we meet... or tomorrow!
